I build softwarethat ships,scales, & lasts.
Software engineer for startups and growing teams. I build web platforms, DevOps infrastructure, and full-stack products — production-ready, maintainable, and built to grow.

Great software is a process. My job is to make it predictable.
- The infra is a mess. No CI/CD, no monitoring, manual deploys. One bad push and everything breaks.
- The MVP can't scale. What got you to launch is now buckling under real users and real load.
- You need someone who ships. Not someone learning on your dime — someone who's owned production systems before.
Three ways I move the needle.
Whether it's net-new or a system that needs hardening, the deliverable is the same: software in production, built to last.
Full-Stack Web Apps
End-to-end product builds — from a blank repo to a scalable platform your users and investors trust.
DevOps & Infrastructure
CI/CD pipelines, containerization, security hardening, and scalable cloud infrastructure built to last.
Platform Engineering
Architecture, refactoring, and performance for platforms that need to grow — reliability and scalability baked in.
Built, shipped, scaled.
Platforms in production, serving real users — the headliners up top, the full range below.
Every tool I ship with.
Not a word cloud — the stack as it actually runs. The request flows down through client, API and data, all resting on the infrastructure I build and run.
No black boxes. No surprises.
The biggest risk on any project is losing visibility. My process keeps you in the loop from day one.
Understand & scope
I pin down the real goal, constraints, and a clear milestone plan before writing a line of code.
Build in the open
Regular demos, a shared board, a direct line to me. Progress every week — no black boxes.
Ship to production
Tested, monitored, documented, deployed. Live for real users — not a demo that looks good in a call.
Hand over & support
You own the code, infra, and docs. I stay available for a support window so you're never stranded.
Teams I've shipped with.
“Achraf built the core infrastructure we needed and kept everything running without us having to worry. Clear communication, solid work, shipped on time.”
“The platform architecture he designed has held up as we scaled. He understood both the product and the engineering challenges — rare combination.”
Building reliable software, one shipped product at a time.
I'm Achraf El Ghazi, a software engineer who builds web platforms, DevOps infrastructure, and full-stack products — working directly with teams, no layers in between.
I've shipped products in EdTech, university platforms, and SaaS — and I've grown from software engineer to engineering lead and DevSecOps engineer across multiple concurrent roles.
Right now I'm building Sustaineur at UM6P and maintaining the infrastructure for Al Akhawayn University's booking and feedback platforms at neoCedrus. I care about reliability, clean architecture, and software that actually gets used.
The questions on your mind.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Are you available for freelance or contract work?
What's your core stack?
How do you handle communication on a project?
Do you work remotely?
